Sugar Pine Ranch Cottages
We also offer lodging in private cottages just a few minutes away at Sugar Pine Ranch. The quiet, peaceful setting at Sugar Pine Ranch is a wonderful place to enjoy the natural surroundings of Stanislaus National Forest, adjacent to Yosemite National Park. Please note that pets and children under the age of 3 are not permitted at Sugar Pine Ranch, and there is no smoking due to high fire danger at all times of year. Our cottages have private baths, heating and air conditioning, and include our Groveland Hotel Innkeeper’s Breakfast, served daily at the Groveland Hotel. Request the use of our on-site barbecue to enjoy cooking in the great outdoors! If you plan to bring your own food, or if you have medicines that require refrigeration, it’s best to bring an ice chest, as our rooms do not have kitchens.
Uptown Units
This restored and nostalgic 1950s (multi-unit) motor court, known as the Uptown Cottage, incorporates three separate lodging units (units 6, 8 & 9), each with private baths.
Cottages
These restored 1947 cottages are well-equipped for a couple or a family of five, featuring warm knotty pine walls, original hardwood floors, and a cozy sitting porch entry.
