Room and suite rates are based on double occupancy. Additional charges include $20 per night, per guest. A 12% Occupancy Room Tax (subject to change) and $12.00 per night energy surcharge also apply.
Check-in / Check-out times
We ask that guests check in between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you are planning on arriving later than 8 p.m., please let us know so that we can make arrangements to provide you with after-hours access. Our check-out time is 11 a.m.
Children & Infants
There is a $20 charge per night, per child over two years.
We love dogs here and welcome well behaved pup parents at the Groveland Hotel in our pet-friendly rooms: 105, 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110. We charge a fee of $75 per stay, with a limit of one pet per guest. Dogs must be under 80lbs.
Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time. If a dog is left in your room for any amount of time you will be charged a $250 fee.
Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog.
All dog waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs are not allowed.
Groveland Hotel is not responsible for, and will hold dog owners accountable for any injury or damage caused by your dog.
Deposit & Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, we do charge the first nights room and tax at the time of booking. The balance is charged seven days prior to arrival.
We understand that sometimes your travel plans will change.
Cancel anytime prior to 48 hours before arrival with a $25 cancellation fee. Bookings canceled inside 48 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of one night’s room and taxes. No fees for booking modifications. Our lowest rate is available if you book directly on our website.
If you made your reservation through a third party (Expedia, Booking.com, AirBnb), you are responsible for adhering to the policies that you agreed to when making your reservation through the third party.
There is very limited cell phone reception in Groveland. We offer free long distance calls to anywhere in the USA from the phone in your hotel room. If you need to make an international call, please purchase a calling card.
We make every effort to keep you in the room you have chosen, however there are times when we do have to move guests around. If this happens, you will receive a room equal in size, price, and amenities. On occasion, you may even be upgraded for no additional charge.
Lost & Found
We are sure that you would prefer to not leave items behind, but know from our own traveling experiences that it can happen. If you have lost something somewhere along your trip, give us a call and if it is in our lost and found box, we will gladly mail it back to you for the cost of postage and a $10 handling fee.
The Groveland is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds including guest rooms, outside patio or parking lot. This applies to all types of smoking and smoke-producing products, including tobacco, vaping, cannabis, cigars, pipes and incense. This also applies to cooking within guest rooms, including any use of skillets, portable stoves, hot pots or other type of portable, electric, gas or combustible cooking appliance. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violation of this policy.
